Introduction
Full-Stack Financial Group is one of India’s leading financial services institutions, operating in a highly regulated environment where investor trust and brand integrity are critical. With a strong digital presence across apps, social platforms, messaging channels, and search, the brand is frequently targeted by impersonation and fraud attempts aimed at misleading and defrauding investors.
About Full-Stack Financial Group
Full-Stack Financial Group serves a large and digitally active investor base seeking information, advice, and support online. As the brand’s digital footprint expanded, so did its exposure to organized fraud networks misusing the brand name to run phishing schemes, fake advisory channels, and misleading communications. Protecting investors and maintaining regulatory confidence required continuous and structured enforcement across platforms.

The Challenge
The challenge was not isolated misuse but widespread impersonation across multiple digital vectors. Fake mobile applications, fraudulent Telegram and WhatsApp groups, impersonating social media profiles, misleading YouTube videos, lookalike websites, and fake customer support identities were active at the same time.
Each of these increased the risk of investor loss, regulatory scrutiny, and reputational damage, making reactive takedowns insufficient. Given the financial nature of the services offered, even a single impersonation incident carried the risk of direct monetary loss, regulatory escalation, and reputational damage.
Why They Chose AiPlex
AiPlex was chosen as a specialized risk and enforcement partner with deep experience in handling large-scale impersonation for financial services and fintech brands. Full-Stack Financial Group valued AiPlex’s legal-first enforcement approach, platform-level execution capabilities, and ability to operate as an always-on risk mitigation layer rather than a monitoring vendor.
How AiPlex Went About It?
AiPlex began by validating Full-Stack Financial Group’s official digital assets and trademarks to ensure accurate and defensible enforcement. This was followed by identification of impersonation clusters across platforms, execution of platform-specific and legal takedowns, and continuous monitoring to prevent re-emergence. The approach focused on dismantling fraud networks at scale rather than addressing individual incidents in isolation.
Impact at a Glance
In total, 31,486 unauthorized digital assets were identified and removed across platforms. Based on conservative assumptions, this helped prevent approximately at least 1000s of potential fraud incidents.
The Outcome (Platform-wise Impact)
On messaging platforms, 3,960 fraudulent Telegram channels and groups were taken down. These channels together had more than 1,04,928 subscribers and 89,028 members, making them a high-risk vector for coordinated scams.
