Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities and drive revenue through new client acquisition Building and managing sales pipeline.
Cold calling and lead generation.
Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to demonstrations and closing business.
Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels.
Requirements
6+ years of sales experience and at least last 3-5 years of relevant experience in selling technology/digital solutions.
Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment, start-up experience would be an advantage.
Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment.
Experience with managing clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to interact with any level within the customer organization (particularly with CXO/CMOs/ Marketing Heads).

Graduation with MBA (MBA is not mandatory but will be an advantage).
Exposure to using CRM for pipeline management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
Work with brands to create and implement social media strategies monthly.
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years of social media management experience.
Good to have:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.

Research on clients & brands so as to deliver bespoke creative design.
Having the sensibilities to understand the brand, brand guidelines, the client’s core message, target audience and other needs of the client.

Track and monitor brand specific conversations and mentions on social media.
Understand and address the consumer queries effectively and actively on social media platforms.
Identify the need to assign/forward the case to client team basis the sensitivity of the case.
Establish the facts and gather details about the specific case by using the available tools, data and coordinating with different departments.
Pacify the customers/social audience by giving proper resolution in line with policies and empowerment.
Actively draft and publish communication for pro- active social care for customers.
Flag off and report perceived threats on social media to the larger social group and stay prepared with media statements.
Coordinate with different departments like Legal, PR, Digital, HR etc. when dealing with sensitive cases.
Tag/Categorize the cases as per the respective departments.
Share feedback with the respective departments within the company.
Drive positive engagement on social media platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years of work experience in the online reputation management role.
Tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, and promotional events
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of working on tools such as Simplify360, Sprinklr, SproutSocial, QuickMetrix, etc would be an added advantage (Social Listening & Engagement Tools).

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Keep learning of emerging trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 2+ years’ experience handling influencer marketing campaigns.
Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
